Colton Spresser, Associate Manager, Events
Colton Spresser joined the Kansas City Sports Commission in May of 2017 as an Associate Manager of Events. In his role, Colton coordinates the volunteer program for various internal and national events hosted by the Kansas City Sports Commission. Additionally, Colton manages the KCSC Youth Clinic Series that provides youth ages 6-12 an opportunity to get involved with different sport related activities throughout the year.
Prior to making the move to Kansas City in 2017, he was an intern for the KC Sports Commission throughout the summer of 2016. After his internship ended, he ventured to Florida to begin working as a Graduate Assistant Resident Coordinator at Florida Atlantic University. While there, Colton also experienced working for a Division I program at the FAU Athletic Department as a Facility Management, Operations and Events intern.
Originally from Hoxie, Kansas, he remained in his home state to become a student-athlete at Kansas Wesleyan University as a part of the Coyote football team. He graduated in the spring of 2016 with his undergraduate degree in Sports Management and Communications. He will graduate with his Master of Education from Florida Atlantic University in December 2018.
