lil' princess fun run

Bring your Lil' Princess out to the 2012 Diva Dash and Lil' Princess Fun Run.  The Lil' Princess Fun Run will feature two heats for girls 5 & under and 6 - 10.  As a participant in the Lil' Princess Fun Run the girls will recieve a custom Lil' Princess t-shirt, bib number and a ribbon at the finish as well as free photos of the event.

Price: $8 thru 2/29....$10 thru 3/23....$12 on Race Day

• First place in each age group:
• Medals will be given to firs, second and third place finishers in each division:
  Under 14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over

Results will be posted at www.kcrunningcompany.com. If the race has to be called off due to weather no refunds will be given.

Girls on the Run of Johnson County is a nonprofit after-school program for girls in grades 3rd-8th that addresses the healthy development of a girl's physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. Through interactive activities such as running, playing games, and discussing important issues, participants learn how to celebrate being girls. The program focuses on building self-esteem and improving emotional and physical health. During the 10-week program, girls are empowered with greater self-awareness, a sense of achievement and a foundation in team building to help them become strong, contented and self-confident young women.
