Triathlon will consist of:

• 500 meter swim - conducted in the 8 lane, 50 meter competitive pool at the Springs Aquatic Center.
• 12 mile bike ride - conducted outside Tiffany Hills Park in a mostly rural, partially hilly route to Tiffany Springs Park, NW 88th and Hampton Road and back.
• 3.1 run - conducted outside Tiffany Hills Park consisting of one long hill with the middle portion of the race run on the flat.
