Bring your family and friends and be a part of the 14th annual MHA 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, August 19 at Sammy's Pizza at 132nd and State Line Road in Leawood, KS.  This event features a shady, tree lined course and food and beverages after the event.  All participants will receive a race shirt and can compete for age group and overall awards.  There will be prizes for the largest team and the top fundraising team, so sign up your team today!  Select the fundraising options on the registration page and set up your own team or individual fundraising sites and encourage others to support your fundraising efforts on behalf of the Midwest Hemophilia Association.

              Kid's Run:          $10 thru August 17.....$12 at packet pickup and race day

Participants shirts are available in Adult S, M, L, XL, and XXL - Youth S, M, and L.

Midwest hemophilia

The MHA 5K Run/Walk benefits the Midwest Hemophilia Association, whose mission is to promote awareness, provide group support, to educate, and to be an avenue of communication for the bleeding disorder community.  This local, volunteer-led organization's  First Steps program provides an avenue of support and education for families of newly diagnosed hemophiliacs. In addition, the MHA hosts a one-week camp every August in Lawson, Missouri specifically for kids with bleeding disorders.  For more information, go to www.midwesthemophilia.org.
