MDA Muscle Walk and 5K Run

Whether you've walked or run before or this is your first time, we need you because you are the heart (and "sole"!) of the MDA Muscle Walk & 5K! The MDA Muscle Walk / 5K is an event held to pay tribute to and raise funds for children and adults served by the Muscular Dystrophy Association. MDA provides services for over 1,000 local families. All proceeds from this event stay in the local area and are immediately put to use. Participants will enjoy a private course located within the Truman Sports complex, and a special view of the newly remodeled Arrowhead Stadium. Each runner and walker will receive an event t-shirt and the chance to win age group awards. All participants are invited inside the Club Level of Arrowhead Stadium at the conclusion of the race to enjoy vendor booths and entertainment followed by the closing ceremony and walking of a “victory lap” with MDA friends and families as we continue the quest to defeat muscular dystrophy!
