American Royal Complex

Bartle Hall Convention and Entertainment Center

H. Roe Bartle Hall is part of the Kansas City Convention Center Complex that spans eight city blocks and has a total of 1,800,000 sq. ft. of exhibition and convention space. Underground tunnels and skywalks connect the complex. Bartle Hall is connected to a three-story Conference Center, Barney Allis Plaza and parking garage, downtown hotels and historic Municipal Auditorium.

Municipal Auditorium

Municipal Auditorium is currently home to the UMKC Kangaroos Men's Basketball Team. UMKC is in the Mid-Continent Conference. It is also home to the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Men's Basketball National Championship.  It was once home to the Kansas City Kings (NBA) from 1972-1974.
