Listed below are some great opportunities to help you prepare for our race! These opportunities are hosted by some of our great partners in the community and we encourage you to take advantage of them as you prepare to cross the finish line.

4-Week Triathlon Training
Hosted by the Legacy Tri Team with USAT Certified Coach and USAT Youth and Junior Coach
When: Bike – Mondays; Swim – Tuesdays; Run – Thursdays
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Where: Legacy Park Community Center, 901 Bluestem, Lee’s Summit, MO 64086
Cost: $75 (Bike, Swim & Run) or $25 each (Bike, Swim or Run)

When: May 30 – July 25 (8 week training session)
Time: Wednesday 6-7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 8:30 a.m.
Where: Platte County Community Center South
First Session: Wednesday, May 30, 6-7:30 p.m.
Cost: Y Members – $70; Community Participants – $100
First Session – Orientation meeting and the first training session will include a one mile run and a 30 minute swim.

KC Women Tri Clinic
Hosted by KC Women Tri
When: June 4 – July 23 (Mondays)
Time: Starts promptly at 6 p.m. (must exit water at 6:45 p.m.)
Where: Longview Lake Beach House, 11101 Raytown Road, Kansas City, MO 64134
Cost: $80 (onetime fee for clinic), $15 onetime USAT pass or bring annual USAT membership card
Lake Swim Fee: Bring $5 each Monday to enter the swim beach
Late Registration Fee: additional $25 after May 30.
