The Kansas City Sports Commission & Foundation's Emerging Leaders is a group of young professionals who volunteer to fulfill the organization's mission to enhance the quality of life and economic success of Greater Kansas City by assisting with several events and initiative to foster the overall benefits of sports.

The Emerging Leaders Pickleball Tournament is the group's annual fundraiser, bringing together area young professionals for a fun evening of pickleball, food & drinks, networking and live music! Teams take part in a double elimination, doubles style tournament. The evening also includes a prize drawing, giving away several awesome, Kansas City inspired raffle packages.
