Ella joined the Kansas City Sports Commission in 2026 and currently serves as the Manager of WIN for KC. In her role, Ella leads initiatives that inspire confidence, expand access to athletic opportunities, and foster strong, supportive environments for the next generation of female leaders.

Ella graduated from the University of Missouri in 2025, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Parks, Recreation, Sport, and Tourism with an emphasis in Sport Management. During her time at Mizzou, she was a proud member of the Mizzou Golden Girls dance team, competing as a student-athlete while developing a deep appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and high-level performance.

Her connection to the Kansas City Sports Commission began as an intern in the summer of 2024, an experience that further fueled her passion for creating impactful opportunities in sport. Ella is driven by the belief that sport has the power to change lives and is committed to expanding access and opportunities for all girls to participate and thrive.

Outside of her work with WIN for KC, Ella serves as the Head Dance Team Coach at Blue Springs South High School, where she mentors student-athletes and supports their growth both on and off the floor. In her free time, she enjoys long walks, iced chai tea lattes, and spending quality time with friends and family.
